tre Designs - Help Us Name Our Latest Project

Updated: Jun 28, 2022

We need your help naming our latest project! We had the pleasure of helping our client design and furnish her new construction home. We started the project designing her two sons' bedrooms and their loft space. The design process was so fun and effortless that our client asked us to keep designing more spaces in their home! We continued to design together both in person and virtually...

Here are the spaces in their home that we helped design in Phase 1:

A Jurassic World Inspired Bedroom: The eldest son desired a dinosaur themed room. Keeping his age in mind, we felt it would be best to design a room with Jurassic Park influences. We made sure to steer away from the room screaming "little boy" or being too "themey." We wanted the design of his room to be something that he could grow into and that could easily transform when he was no longer interested in dinosaurs.

A Under the Sea Inspired Bedroom: The youngest son is obsessed with sharks. We painted the bottom half of the room a beautiful blue color and selected a loft style bed so he could hang out in the "ocean!" We incorporated different colors and textures in the space, with plush animals, a nautical rope mirror, and a fun pop of color area rug.

A Clean & Tidy Laundry Room: The upstairs laundry room being in a central location needed to be clean and bright! We selected a white subway tile in a basketweave pattern with contrasting charcoal grout to make the pattern more striking. We went with a sleek quartz countertop that is durable and can be easily wiped down and maintained.

A Loft Hangout: Our client's new home has a wonderful loft used as the boys' hangout space. We designed the room to have a fresh, entertaining, and at the same time relaxing vibe - a space that is fun to play and entertain friends!
