tre Designs had the pleasure of working on our clients' second home in Florida, and we must say, it's hard to beat a project in a sunny location! We had to completely gut and design the entire home for our retirees and their visiting friends and family. This home took a complete transformation from its outdated 90’s vibe to now featuring an upscale clean and sophisticated spin on the Floridian style! We demo'ed the outdated floor tile and applied molding throughout the home, and knocked down some walls to help create a more cohesive and open floor plan. With new tile throughout, a fresh coat of paint, new light fixtures, hardware, plumbing selections, and furniture this home took on quite the transformation!
